Wagyu beef is a breed that comes from Japan. The name comes from the juxtaposition of two terms, "wa" which means Japan and "gyu" which means beef.

This meat is of unparalleled tenderness and provides incomparable flavors in the mouth. The marbling of this meat, which is intramuscular, explains the butter flavor and tenderness offered by this beef. Studies done by various American universities show that the intramuscular fat of Wagyu meat does not raise cholesterol levels, compared to other cattle breeds. In addition, these studies claim that this fat is necessary for the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. It is not without reason that this variety of meat is among the most refined and most prized. Also known as Kobe beef, this title is reserved for Japanese cattle. Having the reputation of being the best meat in the world, we are extremely proud to breed it.

The cuts of this meat are varied. The needs of the consumer will be met since the cuts can be adapted to the needs of each. The limit of the cuts is the imagination of the butcher!
